Calendar’s priority task panel loads scheduling settings and scheduled minutes in
batches of up to 100 distinct tasks. Larger lists use sequential batches. This
applies to both personal and workspace Calendar surfaces, including the shared
Calendar panel in Tasks; scheduling mutations and task history retain their
existing endpoints.
Per-user settings default to no duration, no automatic scheduling, and no
splitting when the user has not configured them. Only member-authorized source
tasks are returned. Personal mode counts events in the personal calendar;
workspace mode counts each task’s events in its source workspace. Linked and
direct task events contribute once per task/event pair.
The panel retains its last authorized snapshot during transient revalidation and
MFA challenges, but hides it after definitive access denial. Stale summaries
refresh when the user returns to the browser tab. Failed database reads or
incomplete event pagination fail the refresh rather than publishing a partial or
zeroed summary.
Regression coverage: task-schedule-batch.test.ts checks membership, actor-scoped
settings, calendar isolation, defaults, deduplication and late-page failures;
tasks-scheduling-batch.test.ts checks request chunking and partial failures;
task-schedule-snapshot.test.ts checks transient versus denied visibility.
This is a reduction in scheduling requests, not proof that every Calendar startup
waterfall is resolved. Validate authenticated meaningful-content timing after
production deployment of the exact tested source.
